It is a white, rubber adhesive tape that has a polyethylene film coating and a serrated edge. The tape is 4 inches wide and 180 feet long, and has a thickness of 7 mils. It is a single coated, pressure sensitive tape that leaves a low residue after removal. Viper CS Tape is ideal for creating airtight seams on vapor barriers, as it has a low water vapor permeance that prevents moisture and vapor from passing through the tape
