PRODUCT DETAILS

The T3 Transfer Pump is a product that is designed to move A and B materials to the Reactor Spray Systems, which are equipment for applying fast-set materials such as polyurea. The T3 Transfer Pump has a 3:1 ratio pump, which means it uses less air pressure to achieve the same fluid pressure as other pumps. It also has a Merkur air-motor and a T2 stainless steel lower, which are proven components from Graco, a leading manufacturer of fluid handling systems. The T3 Transfer Pump has several advantages over other pumps, such as being easier to maneuver, more quiet, and less maintenance. It is 3.7 inches (9.4 cm) shorter than the T2 Transfer Pump, which makes it easier to remove from the drum inside a spray rig. It is also about 3x more quiet than the T2 Transfer Pump, according to studies. Moreover, it has a pneumatic air-motor switching, which is different from the mechanical reversing mechanism used by the T1 and T2 Transfer Pumps. This reduces the need for maintenance and increases the reliability of the pump.
