It offers precise temperature control for high-quality foam, even at max flow rates, applying up to 25 lb/min. Key features include temperature setpoints for optimal yield, consistent pressure for even spraying, and user-friendly operation. It’s affordable and durable, with DataTrak Control for tracking material usage, three heat zones for different viscosities, and digital controls for temperature. The NXT Air Motor enhances efficiency with low air consumption and noise, while the Quick Knockdown Lower Pumps and ISO Pump Lube System simplify maintenance and prevent isocyanate crystallization.
