The E-XP2 is a polyurea system that meets the needs of customers who want a machine with more output and capabilities. It is designed for medium to large jobs and applications, and can handle most types of jobs with a good balance of output, heat and features. The E-XP2 can be the backbone of your fleet, delivering reliable and consistent performance.

The E-XP2 has several features that make it stand out from the competition. One of them is the ISO lube pump, which is an active ISO lube system with a peristaltic pump. This feature automatically circulates the lubricant at regular intervals, which improves the TSL life of the machine. It also reduces the maintenance costs, as there are no non-return valves to replace. The ISO lube bottle is also larger and easier to change than before.

Another feature of the E-XP2 is the touchscreen advanced display module (ADM), which is a large and intuitive touchscreen interface. The ADM allows the operator to control and monitor all the spray operations from one screen, and to navigate the system with ease. The ADM also enables the operator to connect with Tier 4 engines for engine diagnostics, which is a new feature exclusive to the Reactor 3 series.

The E-XP2 also has an independent hose control, which lets the operator control the temperature of the A and B materials separately. This improves the pressure balancing of the system and optimises the yield of the polyurea. The E-XP2 also has an advanced electric design, which includes a brushless motor for improved pressure/flow performance, new temperature control boards for independent hose heat, voltage jumpers for easy changing between voltages, and robust UL listed electrical hose connectors that are colour coded and keyed for error proof assembly.

The E-XP2 also has a reduced size, which provides additional room in your rig. The compact design of the machine also protects the flow meters and hose connections from being damaged in your rig.
