If you are looking for a powerful and versatile polyurea system, you might want to consider upgrading your rig with the NEW Reactor 3 proportioner. This machine is built with advanced capabilities for polyurea applications, such as communicating with the entire system to simplify the operator’s job, optimize spray parameters and maximize productivity.

Another option is the E-XP2, a polyurea system that offers more output and capabilities than the average machine. The E-XP2 is suitable for medium to large jobs and applications, and can handle most types of jobs with a good balance of output, heat and features. The E-XP2 can be the workhorse of your fleet, delivering reliable and consistent performance.

Both the Reactor 3 and the E-XP2 have some unique features that make them stand out from the competition. For example, they both have an active ISO lube system with a peristaltic pump, which improves the TSL life by automatically circulating the lubricant at regular intervals. They also have a new larger ISO lube bottle that is easy to change, and reduced maintenance due to the absence of check valves.

Another feature that both machines share is the touchscreen advanced display module (ADM), which provides a large and intuitive interface for the operator. The ADM allows the operator to control all the spray operations from one screen, and to navigate the system with ease. The ADM also enables the operator to connect with Tier 4 engines for engine diagnostic, which is a Reactor 3 exclusive feature.

One of the features that sets the Reactor 3 apart from the E-XP2 is the independent hose control, which allows the operator to control the temperature of the A and B materials separately. This improves the pressure balancing and optimizes the yield of the polyurea system.
