Graco’s Xcelerator heated hoses are designed to provide full independent A and B temperature control, which allows for more precise pressure balancing and improved material yield. The new robust construction provides longer life and reduced maintenance. The Xcelerator externally heated hose is 3/8 inches in diameter and 50 feet long (6.3 mm x 15 m) and can withstand a pressure of up to 3500 psi. It comes with a Blue Mesh Scuff Guard and an RTD cable. The hose is optimized for Resistance Control Mode, which reduces maintenance and issues with no cables or sensors required. Graco’s new electrical connectors are lightweight and robust, designed with the user in mind. It is important to note that this hose is only compatible with Reactor 3 Systems.
