If you need to transfer fluids from one container to another, you might want to consider the transfer pump package from Graco. This package comes with two T4 Transfer Pumps, which have a carbon steel material and a 3:1 ratio. They also have a ProConnect technology that lets you easily attach and detach the air motor from the pump lower. The air motor is powered by a Merkur design, and the pump lower is the part that contacts the fluid. The transfer pump package also includes a fluid supply kit, an air hose kit, a desiccant dryer kit, and fittings for two pumps. The T4 Transfer Pumps can output up to 4.5 gallons (17 liters) of fluid per minute, which is enough to match the Reactor H-50, the largest proportioner from Graco. The T4 Transfer Pumps have some advantages over other pumps, such as quick transfer between drums, easier maneuverability, and reduced downtime. You can switch to a new drum of fluid without spilling any chemical by using multiple pump lowers. You can also move the pumps between drums more easily by disconnecting the air motor from the lower, which makes the pumps lighter and shorter. Moreover, you can avoid long delays when the pump lower needs maintenance by having a spare one that can be installed quickly.
