The Reactor A-25 is a spray foam proportioner engineered by Graco to provide reliable performance on the jobsite. It ensures consistent temperature control for high-quality foam, even at maximum flow rates of up to 25 lb/min. The system is designed for easy operation and maintenance, offering affordability and durability. It features DataTrak Control with a resettable counter for tracking material usage, three independent heat zones for ISO, resin, and hose heat to handle various chemical viscosities, and digital temperature controls. The NXT Air Motor has low air consumption and noise levels, with a smooth air valve changeover. Maintenance is simplified with Quick Knockdown Lower Pumps and an ISO Pump Lube System that prevents isocyanate crystallization. Technical specifications include a 1/2″ air inlet size, amperage ranging from 18.5 to 40 A depending on voltage and phase, and compatibility with plural components for manual spray foam applications.
