Graco Circulation and Return Tube Kits

Graco Circulation and Return Tube Kits are accessories that enable the recirculation of spray polyurethane foam materials from the proportioner to the 55-gallon (200-liter) fluid supply drums. Recirculation helps to maintain the fluid temperature and viscosity, as well as prevent crystallization and cross-contamination. The kits include two return tube kits, which consist of steel or stainless steel tubes, fittings, and desiccant dryers that attach to the drum ports and return the fluid to the drums. The kits also include two high-pressure hoses, which connect the proportioner fluid manifold to the return tube kits. The hoses are rated to withstand the maximum working pressure of the proportioner, which is 4000 psi (27.6 MPa, 276 bar). The kits are compatible with various Graco proportioners and spray guns, such as the Reactor, Fusion, and Xtreme series.
