The E-XP1 is a polyurea system that is designed for customers who are either new to the business or who work on smaller projects. It is an excellent machine for beginners, as it has a simple and user-friendly interface. The E-XP1 also has smaller heaters, which makes it a suitable option for contractors who operate in moderate climates where larger heaters are not needed.

The E-XP1 works with the Reactor 3, which is a device that can communicate with the entire system and optimize the spray parameters. The Reactor 3 has several features that enhance its performance and functionality. Some of these features are:

  • ISO Lube Pump: This is an active ISO lube system with a peristaltic pump that automatically circulates the lubricant at regular intervals. This feature improves the TSL life and reduces the maintenance costs. The ISO lube bottle is also larger and easier to change than before.
  • Touchscreen Advanced Display Module (ADM): This is a large and user-friendly touchscreen interface that allows the operator to perform all the spray operations from one screen, and to navigate the system intuitively. The ADM also enables the Independent Hose Control, which allows the operator to control the temperature of the A and B materials separately. This feature improves the pressure balancing and optimizes the yield of the spray.
  • Advanced Electric Design: This consists of a brushless motor that enhances the pressure and flow performance of the system. The electric design also includes new temperature control boards that allow the independent hose heat, and voltage jumpers that facilitate the changing between different voltages. The electrical hose connectors are robust, UL listed, color coded, and keyed to prevent any errors in the assembly. Moreover, the Reactor 3 has an exclusive feature that allows it to connect with Tier 4 engines for ADM engine diagnostic.
  • Reduced Size: This means that the Reactor 3 has a smaller footprint than previous models. This feature provides more space in the rig for the operator, and also protects the flow meters and hose connections from being damaged in the rig.
