Reactor 3 is a state-of-the-art device that can communicate with the entire system to make the operator’s job easier, optimize the spray parameters, and increase the productivity. It is compatible with the E-XP1, which is a polyurea system that is ideal for customers who are focused on smaller jobs or who are new to the business. The E-XP1 has smaller heaters, which makes it suitable for contractors who work in mild climates where larger heaters are not necessary.

One of the features of the Reactor 3 is the ISO Lube Pump, which is an active ISO lube system with a peristaltic pump. This feature automatically circulates the lubricant at regular intervals, which improves the TSL life and reduces the maintenance costs. The ISO lube bottle is also larger and easier to change than before.

Another feature of the Reactor 3 is the Touchscreen Advanced Display Module (ADM), which is a large and user-friendly touchscreen interface. The ADM allows the operator to perform all the spray operations from one screen, and to navigate the system intuitively. The ADM also enables the Independent Hose Control, which allows the operator to control the temperature of the A and B materials separately. This feature improves the pressure balancing and optimizes the yield of the spray.

The Reactor 3 also has an Advanced Electric Design, which consists of a brushless motor that enhances the pressure and flow performance of the system.
