The E-XP1 is one of the models of the Reactor 3 polyurea proportioner, which is a device that can mix and dispense spray foam or polyurea materials at a precise ratio and temperature. The E-XP1 is suitable for customers who are focused on smaller jobs or who are just entering the business, as it is a great starter machine that can handle low to medium output applications. The E-XP1 also has smaller heaters that make it a good choice for contractors who work in tempered climates where larger heaters are not required. The E-XP1 has many features that make it a reliable and efficient polyurea system, such as:

  • ISO Lube Pump: This is an active ISO lube system that uses a peristaltic pump to circulate the ISO lube automatically and periodically. This improves the TSL life and reduces the maintenance, as there are no check valves involved. The ISO lube bottle is also larger and easier to change than the previous models.
  • Touchscreen Advanced Display Module (ADM): This is a large new touchscreen interface that allows the operator to control and monitor all the spray operations from one screen. The ADM has intuitive operation and navigation features that make it easy to use and adjust the settings. The ADM also has a cellular connection that enables the software updates to be done automatically and remotely.
  • Independent Hose Control: This feature enables the operator to control the temperatures of the A and B materials independently, which improves the pressure balancing and optimizes the yield. The hose heating type is internal heated, which means that the heat is generated inside the hose and not from an external source. This ensures a consistent and uniform temperature throughout the hose length.
  • Advanced Electric Design: This feature includes a brushless motor that enhances the pressure/flow performance, new temperature control boards that enable independent hose heat, voltage jumpers that allow easy switching between voltages, and robust UL listed electrical hose connectors that are color coded and keyed for error proof assembly. The advanced electric design also allows the E-XP1 to connect with Tier 4 engines for ADM engine diagnostic, which is a new Reactor 3 exclusive feature.
  • Reduced Size: This feature means that the E-XP1 has a reduced footprint that provides additional room in the rig, and a compact design that protects the flow meters and hose connections from being damaged in the rig. The E-XP1 is also lighter than the previous models, which makes it easier to transport and install.
