PRODUCT DETAILS

This machine is built with advanced capabilities for polyurea applications, such as communicating with the entire system to make the operator’s job easier, optimizing spray parameters to ensure the best quality, and maximizing productivity to save time and money.

Another option for a polyurea system is the E-XP1, which is designed for customers who are focused on smaller jobs or who are new to the business. The E-XP1 is a great starter machine that can handle basic polyurea applications. The E-XP1 also has smaller heaters, which makes it a good choice for contractors in tempered climates where larger heaters are not required.

Both the Reactor 3 and the E-XP1 have some unique features that make them stand out from the competition. For example, they both have Katalyst, which is a full system communication and control feature that improves performance, ratio and yield. However, this feature requires Core E1 pumps, which are not included in the standard package. They also have Smart Suppl, which is a feature that automatically monitors and adjusts fluid inlet pressures to compensate for high viscosity materials.

Another feature that both machines share is the Auto Pressure Balance, which is a feature that automatically adjusts temperatures to optimize fluid pressures and maximize yield. This feature ensures that the polyurea system operates at the optimal conditions for the best results. They also have Power Management, which is a feature that allows the operator to select the desired heater wattage for reduced power consumption. This feature helps to save energy and reduce costs.

Both machines also have Cellular Software Updates, which is a feature that automatically keeps the Reactor software up to date. This feature ensures that the machines have the latest features and bug fixes, and that they are compatible with the latest polyurea applications. They also have the touchscreen advanced display module (ADM), which is a large and intuitive touchscreen interface for the operator. The ADM allows the operator to control and monitor all the spray operations from one screen, and to navigate the system with ease.

One of the features that sets the Reactor 3 apart from the E-XP1 is the independent hose control, which allows the operator to control the temperature of the A and B materials separately. This improves the pressure balancing of the system and optimizes the yield of the polyurea. The Reactor 3 also has an advanced electric design, which includes a brushless motor for improved pressure/flow performance, new temperature control boards for independent hose heat, voltage jumpers for easy changing between voltages, and robust UL listed electrical hose connectors that are color coded and keyed for error proof assembly.

Another difference between the Reactor 3 and the E-XP1 is the size. The Reactor 3 has a reduced footprint that provides additional room in your rig, and a compact design that protects the flow meters and hose connections from being damaged in your rig. The E-XP1, on the other hand, is slightly larger and heavier, but still within the standard dimensions for polyurea systems.

The specifications of the Reactor 3 and the E-XP1 are as follows:
