If you want to upgrade your rig with a powerful and versatile polyurea system, you might want to check out the NEW Reactor 3 proportioner. This machine has advanced capabilities for polyurea applications, such as ISO lube pump, touchscreen ADM, independent hose control, advanced electric design, and new Reactor 3 exclusive features. The Reactor 3 proportioner can communicate with the entire system to make the operator’s job easier, optimize the spray parameters and increase the productivity.

Another option for polyurea customers is the E-XP2 system, which has more output and capabilities than the Reactor 3. The E-XP2 system is suitable for medium to large jobs and applications, and can handle most types of polyurea coatings with a good balance of output, heat and features. The E-XP2 system has similar advanced capabilities as the Reactor 3, but with some differences, such as:

  • ISO Lube Pump: The E-XP2 system has an active ISO lube system with a peristaltic pump, which automatically circulates the ISO lube to improve the TSL life. The E-XP2 system also has reduced maintenance, as it does not have any check valves. The E-XP2 system also has a new larger easy-to-change ISO lube bottle, which can last longer and be replaced more easily.
  • New Reactor 3 exclusive features: The Reactor 3 proportioner has some features that are not available in the E-XP2 system, such as auto pressure balance, power management, cellular software updates, and the ability to connect with Tier 4 engines for ADM engine diagnostic. These features can enhance the performance and efficiency of the Reactor 3 proportioner.
  • Reduced Size: The E-XP2 system has a reduced size, which gives you more space in your rig and makes it easier to transport and install. The compact design also protects the flow meters and hose connections from being damaged in your rig.
