Core E1 Transfer Pump Kit, TPC, W/Plumbing & Air

The transfer pump package is a product that consists of two Graco Core E1 Carbon Steel Electric Transfer Pumps, a Transfer Pump Controller (TPC), a fluid & air supply kit, and fittings for two pumps. It is designed to be used with the Reactor 3 Systems, which are equipment for applying fast-set materials such as polyurea. The transfer pumps are electric, which makes them quieter and cheaper to operate than pneumatic pumps. They also have the ability to communicate with the Reactor 3 system, which gives the user a fully-connected system. The transfer pump package has several features that enhance its performance and convenience, such as:

• Supply pump shutdown: This feature senses when a drum is empty and automatically shuts down the transfer pumps and the Reactor 3 proportioner, preventing damage from air entering the system and compromising ratio.
• Smart supply: This feature monitors and adjusts the inlet pressures of the Reactor 3 proportioner, optimizing material feed and on-ratio performance. It maintains the inlet pressure between 80 – 200 psi, and boosts the power to the electric motors when needed. This feature can be achieved when using Core E1 pumps with a Reactor 3 Elite model.
• Quick transfer between drums: This feature allows the user to quickly disconnect the motor from the pump lower and easily transfer the pump from one drum to another, even in low ceiling height rigs. This eliminates the need for paying for taller rigs or tipping the drum to remove the pump.

The transfer pump package also has the following specifications:

• Maximum output fluid pressure: 315 psi (21.7 bar, 2.17 MPa)
